Chairman Eli Paley led an educational session on Marginalized Populations in Israel for a Strategic Planning Delegation of the UJA Federation of New York. The select group of Federation members participating in the mission were enlightened by Eli’s perspective on Haredi employment, particularly his focus on the great potential in tapping into Haredi women’s talent by overhauling the seminaries’ vocational training programs and upgrading high-tech training.
