Roy Cohen

Roy served as an advisor to the director general of the Prime Minister’s Office. As part of his responsibilities, Roy leads and integrates significant inter-ministerial processes in the economic
(macro) and social fields. Roy led and promotes, inter alia, a $75 million precedential government resolution to advance the ties between Israel and India.

Previously, Roy was the Head of National Projects. His duties included helping manage activities and projects of national importance, formulating policy and leading governmental processes and work groups.

Before entering the public sector, Roy worked as the deputy director general (head of thecompany’s psychometric entrance test preparatory course division ) and as a senior teacher at HighQ.

Roy completed his military service as the Naval Medical School commander, at the rank of captain.

He has a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and an M.A. in International Relations from the University of Haifa.

Roy lives in Ramat Gan with his wife Einav and their children Shaked and Yanai.
