Yisrael Tik, Senior Fellow at the Institute and Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Council for Higher Education presented at the Annual Conference of the Aaron Institute for Economic Policy.
Yisrael addressed the need for creative thinking to foster change in the Haredi educational system, emphasizing the importance of advancing practical solutions rather than engaging in cultural debates. For instance, he suggested to focus on improving the ability of Haredi women to access high-level employment through improving the quality of their existing educational system. Yisrael also recommended that the government focus on upgrading the level of men who have already entered the labor market.
