The Haredi Institute is advancing an unprecedented opportunity to alleviate two major challenges threatening Israel: (1) the precarious future of Israel’s high-tech industry due to extreme hiring crisis; and (2) the minimal socioeconomic participation of Israel’s Haredi population.
The Haredim for High-Tech Forum, chaired by Dr. Giora Yaron, Founding Investor at Itamar Technologies, was formed to create a policy-oriented national plan that will facilitate a nationwide infusion of Haredim into the high-tech and defense industries by revamping training and placement method.
