Biography
Ilia holds a BA in Political Science and Economics and an MA in Economics from Haifa University. Expert in political economy. He took part in building a system of indices for the development of science and technology, coordinated the field of research in the project "Integration of the Haredi Population in the Israeli Economy" and managed the field of Jewish community research and brain mobilization at the Samuel Neaman Institute (Technion).
