Biography
Founder and Chairman of Sella Capital Real Estate Ltd, member of the Budgeting and Planning Committee of Universities. In the past Shmuel served as CEO of the Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Labor and Welfare and CEO of Israel's State Lottery. In addition he served as Economic Advisor to Prime Minister Yitzchak Shamir. Slavin has many years experience in Israel's commercial and financial sphere.
