Expert in local government and municipal economic development.
Currently serves as Academic director of the cadet program for local government administration, lecturer, researcher and head of the Society and Environment program at Tel Hai Academic College.
Gal holds a postdoctoral fellowship from Columbia University in New York, and is a graduate of MIMSHAK Program for Training Scientists as Advisors to Senior Government Officials.
