There is great importance to what the Institute is doing. In a democratic state, any sector has the right to maintain its uniqueness; but one has to assess where things are headed and understand how this can be sustained in a modern economy. There are 12,000 jobs in high-tech: The high-tech industry needs the haredim and the haredim need the high-tech industry.
