Neri Horowitz

Doctor of Political Science, Hebrew University of Jerusalem and Chair of Agora Policy Ltd. Lecturer in the School of Public Policy at Hebrew University. Serves as a consultant to policymakers and government planning bodies. Initiated and managed the senior civil service training programs at the Mandel Institute. He has written policy papers, prepared plans and carried out strategic research for government ministries, CEOs and incumbent ministers.
